dsh-plugin-copy-session-id: One-click copy of Session ID on DSH Sidebar and Title Bar

dsh-plugin-copy-session-id is a DSH client plugin maintained by kjx-talesofai. It provides a one-click copy function for the complete session ID (including an entry in the title bar for sub-agent sessions) within the sidebar session menu and the current session title bar. It is a pure UI implementation that writes no files and makes no requests. Installation requires DSH Desktop ≥ 0.2.0-rc.1. Use `github:kjx-talesofai/dsh-plugin-copy-session-id#v0.2.1` and restart the desktop application. It is MIT licensed.
